How long does it take?
A free demo tour within 3 days of getting the listing. Once you are happy with it, your other apartments follow within a week. For a large portfolio we agree a schedule with you.
Do you need to visit the property?
No. We work from the listing photos and the floor plan. If there is no floor plan, we draw one from the photos and ask you to confirm a few key dimensions.
How close is the tour to the real apartment?
Layout, furniture, finishes and daylight are matched to the photos. It is a CGI reconstruction, not a scan: a corner that no photo shows is built from the plan and kept plain, and we tell you which ones.
Every tour carries a small note that it is a reconstruction, so nobody mistakes it for a survey.
What exactly do I get?
A link to the tour: 360° views of every room, a floor plan that shows where you stand, and a smooth walk from room to room along the real layout. We put it on your website, and you also get a copy of the tour files to host yourself.
Can you put the tour on our website?
Yes, that is part of the service. We send an embed code, or add the tour to your site ourselves or together with your web developer.
Does it work on phones?
Yes. It opens in the phone browser, no app. You look around by dragging or by turning the phone, and tap the floor to walk.
Can you do an apartment that is not built yet?

How much does it cost?
It is priced by floor area and paid once per tour: $149 up to 100 m², $249 up to 200 m², $349 up to 300 m², then $100 for every further 100 m². Ten or more tours are 20% cheaper, and the first demo is free. See pricing.
